PIRAEUS GOLD II

Overview

Second achievement in Piraeus, this project consists of the development, rehabilitation and renovation of two adjoining residential buildings in the center of Piraeus, in a residential area popular with foreign students.

Spread over 3 floors, each residence will consist of 5 studios (between 30 and 40 m2) with all comfort and high standing. They will be assigned to long-term rental.

The project is divided into 3 stages: Restructuring and restoration of the foundations, internal and external renovation of the building and the layout of the concept.

The foundations of the existing building will be reinforced, a concrete mantle 20 cm thick will be established to reinforce the building, as required by the building regulations. Also plan a space for the installation of solar panels. The building frames will be thermally insulated with energy glazing.

Each apartment is developed according to energy-efficient A + standards and with robust and quality materials.

Piraeus in Attica
Piraeus is Athens’s main port and the departure point for travelers to the Aegean Islands. Piraeus is one of the largest ports in the world for passenger traffic (estimated at twelve million travelers). It is also the territory of a large number of students, especially because of its proximity to the city of Athens but above all to the large European University of Piraeus, which hosts no less than 58,000 students from all over the world.
3 new metro stations will be opened in early 2022, including Maniatica, 20 meters from the project.
